Positive: The location and free parking. The problem is with the parking, sometime if you come back late and want to go outside, you will pay the parking since the staff is out by 8pm. However, the staff can give you a ticket to avoid such situation. You have to ask for this ticket.
Negative: We asked for a double bed in the reservation. But as we,were there we were surprised to have 2 tween beds. As we asked for a double bed, the lady told us that we have to pay to get an upgrade room since there is no availibility for double bed for the reserved room. We asked to have it in the 3rd day. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Positive: Very convenient for me as it was on the EPFL campus. This is something like a dorm-style hotel, although the room, bathroom, etc. were fine, so I have no complaints. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but exactly what I wanted. There are a couple of decent restaurants in the same complex, so that was convenient too, and the hotel is right on the tram, so downtown Lausanne is less than 10 min away.
Negative: The parking in the garage next door was very convenient, but quite expensive for such a rural location - e.g., I paid 60-70 SFr for one night. Perhaps my ticket could have been validated at the hotel for a better rate - alas. No other problems really.
